Use and installation
Does the team need to learn a new way to book?
No. The team keeps booking in Outlook or Google Calendar. qSpaces takes only the permitted information to the door.
How is it installed and how long does the battery last?
The standard e-ink display installation is cable-free. Battery life is up to 1 year as a reference, depending on use, connectivity and update frequency.
Which device does each plan use?
With Free, you use your own Android. Standard includes a white, black and red e-ink display (BWR); Premium includes a colour e-ink display (Spectra 6).
Calendars and integration
Which calendars does it integrate with?
With Outlook Calendar and Exchange Online in Microsoft 365, and Google Calendar in Google Workspace. Microsoft Entra ID may take part in identity and authorization; Teams is not the booking source.
Do we have to handle the integration ourselves?
No. Remote setup is guided and included. Custom integrations require technical assessment, access to the necessary data and a separate quote.
Privacy and security
Can I hide booking details?
Yes. You can choose whether to show the title, status, organiser or attendees, and hide the details of private meetings.
How are data and access protected?
Each organisation keeps its data and access separate through roles and permissions. Displays do not access the database directly. We can provide documentation for your IT review.
Plans and purchase
Is there a minimum number of displays?
No. You can start with 1 and pricing is calculated per display. The selector shows 11 only as an example.
What does the fee include?
Standard and Premium include the display, platform, remote support and guided setup. Transport, on-site installation and custom work may be quoted separately.
How can we pay and where is qSpaces available?
You can pay monthly or annually; annual payment shows an approximate 17% saving. The public offer is available in Spain and Andorra. For special requirements, we prepare a proposal.
